Fasting tracker

A fasting tracker shaped like a year, not a stopwatch.

16:8, 18:6, OMAD or 24-hour rolling — Streakly logs whether you stuck to your protocol each day and renders the year as one heatmap. Less timer drama, more long-term proof.

Stop counting hours. Start counting days.

Most fasting apps obsess over the live countdown — every minute you're 'in fast', every minute you've broken it. That's useful for a single window, useless for a year. Streakly inverts it: each day is one square, lit if you hit your protocol and dark if you didn't. The same view that lets you see 'six green weeks then a holiday gap' is also what motivates you to fill in the gap next month.

Any protocol fits

16:8, 18:6, 20:4, OMAD, 5:2, alternate-day, prolonged. Streakly logs the outcome, not the protocol — log a 1 if you stuck to it, otherwise leave the day empty.

Pair with a weight or mood log

Pro and Lifetime users get unlimited heatmaps. Track fasting and weight (or sleep, or mood) in side-by-side grids and watch correlations build over months.

Click a cell to log

Tap any day in the embedded grid — Notion, your blog, the start page — to mark a successful fast. No app to open, no countdown to babysit.

Streaks that survive holidays

Streakly's longest-streak counter remembers your best run forever, even after a planned break. Holidays don't erase your year.

Frequently asked

Will Streakly remind me to fast?

No — and that's deliberate. The heatmap is for review and motivation, not nagging. Pair it with a calendar reminder if you need timed prompts.

Can I track total fasting hours per day?

Yes — set the heatmap to value mode and log the actual hours fasted (e.g. 16, 18, 20). The cell intensity scales with the number, so longer fasts visually stand out.

What about cheat days or planned breaks?

Just leave those days un-logged — they show as gaps. Your longest-streak counter keeps the previous best run visible, and the new streak starts from your next successful day.
